Coming soon with services to begin in May, 2025
We are Amy and Rusty Rhoads. We are driven by our love for Jesus Christ and our desire to serve others with quality workmanship. Read on to learn more about us and what led us to establish Roadside Restoration RV Services.
Rusty retired from the Army in 2025 after 31 years of service. He's a licensed professional engineer with decades of experience in construction and facilities management. He is also a combat veteran of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Amy is a seasoned business administration professional with meticulous attention to detail. We have been inseparable for more than 26 years. We purchased our first RV brand new in 2020 and quickly learned a few things. First, we learned that the first owner of an RV becomes the factory's quality control. There's a saying in the RV industry that "the last 20 feet of an RV are built by the customer." It is so true! Next we learned that getting repairs done at a "sticks and bricks" shop meant waiting weeks and months and our RV was often returned to us with more problems than when we dropped it off. The next lesson was that competent and qualified repair technicians are scarce. It was for these reasons that Rusty began performing all of our needed repairs himself. Now, he has attended the training at NRVTA and become a certified technician so that we can serve others through Roadside Restoration RV Services. RV'ing should be fun and low stress. It can become anything but that when a major component such as an air conditioner, slide-out, or water heater stop working like they should. We started this business so we can provide high quality services instilled with our Christian values, a veteran's mindset, and a strong work ethic. Please allow us to revive your journey!
Isaiah 61:4
Isaiah 61:4 speaks of the restoration of ancient ruins and the rebuilding of desolate places, reflecting God's work of redemption and renewal. It is part of a larger prophecy that describes a restored world filled with joy and abundance, where the land is full of right relationships between people.
It is a call to hope and action, encouraging trust in God's power to rebuild what has been lost and to participate in God's work of renewal.
Jesus Christ embodies the ultimate fulfillment of Isaiah 61:4 through His death and resurrection, beginning the work of restoring what sin had destroyed. He invites His followers to join in the work of renewal.
